Tampa Bay Used Cars may, at its discretion, pay a referal fee to the referring party should the referred party purchase a vehicle from Tampa Bay Used Cars after the referral has been made. If the sale price of the vehicle, before taxes, fees, and miscellaneous charges, is $4,999.99 or less, the referral fee shall be $99. If the sale price of the vehicle is $5,000.00 or greater, the referral fee shall be $199.

Referral fees will not be paid if: 1) the referred is already a customer or contact of Tampa Bay Used Cars; 2) the referred does not purchase and maintain posession of a vehicle; 3) the referred is a spouse of the referrer; or 4) the referrer is an employee or family member of Tampa Bay Used Cars.

Should Tampa Bay Used Cars, at its discretion, decide to pay a referral fee, that fee will be paid in the form of a check 2-3 weeks after the vehicle purchase is completed and will be sent out via US Mail. Tampa Bay Used Cars will not pay more than 5 referral fees per month to a single referrer, and reserves the right to issue a 1099-MISC federal tax form to any referrer who receives more than $600 in referral payments annually.
